You’re seriously wrong…

I picked up my tab , i thought to myself ‘what do i type that would make sense to the reader ‘ well in a nonsense there is a sense.

So, I got me thinking, why a set of people take a stand about something they believe to be true even though they can’t prove it. They can’t defend it. They’ve not experienced it in any way at all.

Today people think they have choices, they think they are in control of their lives , they think they break barriers and make history . I beg to differ.

May i draw your dearest attention to a part of you you may have lost control over

• Was adam truly over 900 years old?
• Did he really live that long?
• Ok let’s say he did.
• Now, what calender was used to tell his age in years? We know that the current most popular and widely used calender was probably invented about 2019 years ago
• How many days had Adam’s calender ?
• What evedence have those who tell us adam was 900+ when he died based on the curent calender.
• What if i tell you the number of days that made a year in adams time were a lot fewer that 365/6
• Ok why do people end up having same or similar ideas about same thing because of some phylosophy made a man as they them selves, what if these where wrong

OK forgive me if I sound rather “way off”
I just want to draw out the curious lines,and advocate that we listen to everything we question and question everything we have listened to. This is so that we can BASED on TRUE UNDERSTANDING of a subject matter.

Thunder in Prayers

A pastor once asked his church to pray that God would shut down a neighborhood bar. The whole church gathered for an evening prayer meeting, pleading with God to rid the neighborhood of the evils of this bar. A few weeks later, lightning struck the bar and it burned to the ground.

Having heard about the church’s prayer crusade, the bar owner promptly sued the church. When the court date finally arrived, the bar owner passionately argued that God struck his bar with lightning because of the church member’s prayers. The pastor backtracked, brushing off the accusations. He admitted the church prayed, but he also affirmed that no one in his congregation really expected anything to happen.

The judge leaned back in his chair, a mix of amusement and perplexity on his face. Finally he spoke: “I can’t believe what I’m hearing. Right in front of me is a bar owner who believes in the power of prayer and a pastor who doesn’t.”

The truth is some Christian Atheists believe in God, but they don’t believe in prayer.

They might claim to believe prayer works, but their actions say otherwise. Some rarely pray, and when they do, they don’t expect anything to change.

VALUE YOUR “PEES”

The anglo-french word for “peace” is “pees” it was first used in the 12th century. It is akin to the Latin “pacisci” meaning “to agree”

Peace : to be, become, or keep silent or quiet .

In the last words of Christ, he speaks about peace

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
John 16:33 KJV

He repeatedly talked on the subject till he left his disciples

Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
John 20:21 KJV

Sending his disciples with peace and in peace , was one thing peculiar about Christ.

I ran into a conversation with a dear friend, we had some roughs recently and I decided to stay away a little bit (for my peace’s sake)

I know it was just a conflict of interests and not that we necessarily are bad (for ourselves).

Today after my routine devotion and breakfast, I got a text and the conversation began.

I just want to share with you some inspirations I got from the conversation:

“So I can tell you this, hoping that you understand and believe that life is a teacher
When it whispers we tend to ignore
When it speaks boldly (and loudly) sometimes we pay a little attention
When it goes practical ( or brutal) we get broken and finally understand its lessons”

” All I’m concerned with is my peace ”

” That’s why I have to forgive and remember nothing that hurts ”

” I value my peace more than my medicine, more than family or friends or food or money”

Look, all that everyone wants in this life is peace of the mind,

Why do we look for money :so we can buy whatever that can guarantee peace (and comfort)

Why do we vote in and out governments to ensue peace in the polity so as other activities can thrive.

Why do we take time to find that ” perfect man” or “lady” and when we do, we pay dearly to keep them for ourselves, because we want peace.

Neonates, babies, toddlers, kids, teenagers, young adults, adults and even older adults want peace. This subject of peace hence becomes an issue of major discuss.

We have people who even spend their years in varsities studying peace management.

Today the world wants peace more than anything.

Do you want peace?.

Let me humbly recommend a few tips to secure for yourself peace of mind:

1. If you want peace, then go for it : never take any thing other than it, no matter how much it’ll cost you got for it.
2. Peace comes at a cost, be willing to pay for it
3. ‘Avoid any rush, rushing is not at peace with peace ‘
4. Expect any thing from any one (the good the bad and the ugly)
5. Never exchange a good conscience with materials (money or fame or even a promise of safety and or security)
6. Always take some time (may be a few minutes) to sit quietly and calmly during the day
7. Avoid quarrels even if you may look foolish
8. Surround yourself with peace lovers
9. Never dwell on a hurt, learn to let go
10. Relationships are interest based, learn that.
11. People come and go, things start and end sooner than later………… Not one thing is worth the universe of your peace of mind.
12. If you’re a Christian always read the bible, there is a verse for every mood and every day or moment.
13. If you like good friends, kind friends loving friends caring friends, peaceful friends, PLEASE BECOME ONE
14. If you’re talked down on. Don’t worry, tell yourself the better truth or the bitter one whichever is more convenient for your peace.
15. Never be anxious, that stuff will soon become old
16. Never be eager it never really profits you
17. Never hesitate to ensue peace in any conversation
18. Please avoid people who never value peace, people who love other things more than peace.
19. Money can’t bring peace by itself alone, it takes a considerable amount of your choice and determination
20. Learn to listen to older responsible and matured peace lovers (no matter their age)
21. If you truly want peace be ready to FIGHT for It or FLIGHT for IT if need be.

So dear, these are few gold-plated pieces of advice I can hand to you.

Stay peaceful, stay cool.

Pencil: I’m sorry
Eraser: For what? You didn’t do anything wrong.
Pencil: I’m sorry because you get hurt because of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you’re always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself. You get smaller and smaller each time.
Eraser: That’s true. But I don’t really mind. You see, I was made to do this. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though one day, I know I’ll be gone and you’ll replace me with a new one, I’m actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying. I hate seeing you sad.

I found this conversation between the penciland the eraser very inspirational. Parents arelike the eraser whereas their children are the pencil. They’re always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes. Sometimes along the way, they get hurt, and become smaller / older, and eventually pass on. Though their children will eventually find someone new (spouse), but parents are still happy with what they do for their children, and will always hate seeing their precious ones worrying, or sad. All my life, I’ve been the pencil. And it pains me to see the eraser that is my parents getting smaller and smaller each day. For I know that one day, all that I’m left with would be eraser shavings and memories of what I used to have.
So lets show love to our parents it pays to do that.

… I have a good idea

Little Kelvin needed a new pair of shoes his parent couldn’t afford it and definitely couldn’t himself. What must I do to get those beautiful shoes at the shoe shop he thought to himself.

Kelvin thought meticulously on what to do, suddenly ‘ the lights came up’ I have a good idea ,

I will write to God to send me money so I can buy that pair of shoes at the shop, at least I can afford to pay for the posting, he said. Off he went running down the road to the post office.

He quickly got a paper and a pencil, drafted a few words to guide his massage to God, ” it has t be convincing” he said.

Few minutes later he came up with a ‘ master piece’. He handed over the letter to the post man for processing and posting. The elderly man looked at the kid with so much interest, ” kid the address says, send it to God” yes he replied the letter is for God he affirmed.

With a smile the man collected the posting fee and filed the letter. Kelvin looked sternly at the man and a said ” Mr postman make sure that letter gets to God its very important” the man smiled and nodded.

A few days passed and Kelvin got a delivery twas the money for his shoes with much excitement he dashed out to the shop to acquire his new shoes.

While enjoying his new shoes it occurred to him to send God another letter for another request, I’ll definitely need a new trousers to go with this new shoes. So off he went wrote another letter and handed to the postman and asked that the letter be sent to God.

The man smiled and nodded in agreement, days latter no reply from God. So he thought, “that postman must have taken a peek at the reply and taken the money” , so he needed to tell God. So he did. Days later he got a reply. And it read

It’s me God when your first letter came I asked the postman to send you the money, instead of an acknowledgement I Got another request, days went without a reply and you assumed the postman had stolen the reply, well he didn’t.

Kelvin you must learn to understand that I have a plan to give you all you need and desire but that plan is only as good as you let it be.
Always Be content. Be grateful . Be humble. Be patient. Be loving.

Dear Diary, When I was a child

I dare to say that my childhood was all but but boring even though I was in epic introvert.

OK have you ever been in an uncles house and because you’re so shy of speaking, and where two or three persons is large enough a crowd to make you shy? And you have to go to the loo or poo but you’d rather hold on tight till their long rather uninteresting gist is over, for you to ease your bladders of the hours of pressure?

We’ll that’s me.

I loved being me I hardly speak and when do its probably the best thing you would have heard that day.

Anyway back to my super exciting childhood story.

I grew up a type of environment where the only play grounds where either market fields where trailers load and off load mostly farm produce like maize, millet, pepper, onion, bean, rice, etc or the public school’s field, both of course are very dried and dusty in dry seasons very wet and muddy in the other season, so I never fancied them rather than go out with the boys in the hood to play or foot ball of hockey(which by the way we pronounce as “hoekill” ) I’d rather enjoy the privacy of the under of my daddy’s tailoring work bench. Oh yes under the work bench I’d convert the under part of the work bench to the best engineering workshop my imagination could afford and I’d be carried away by my passion for being alone and busy with worn out parts of old electronic devices or sometimes of good parts I couldn’t wait for to get spoilt ;so I spoilt them my self so as to qualify them for my mini under-bench workshop.

OK, I’m Sure you have a picture of me now as a child.

I made sure my hours where spent very meticulously my major business was food and work, under the work bench of course, and I had to go to school but twas mostly for 4 hours a day.

There and then was my path chosen by fate, you do believe in fate right?

Well I like to think that I do, so let get on with it.

One very important thing life thought me at that toddling age was.

“Life by it self is not hard”

Just wake eat work eat and sleep

Then repeat.

That simple!

Dear Reader , so many things in life are not actually controlled by what you do in the now but by what has been done in the past.

Just align to the good part and you’ll be fine.

Understand that our paths are chosen for us we just need to stick to the plan the original plan.
